Cut off the stems at least one inch away to keep them from 'bleeding' and scrub with a brush. Then I boil them about an hour. They literally slip out of the skin. (Dont cut or peel ahead of time or you will have a mess). Once they are cooked then just pinch them to pop them out of the peels and slice. They are wondeful…

Try Oxygen.com and other fitness magazines, for some motivation. If you eat clean and use My Fitness Pal those 10 lbs are GONE!

Also 15 pounds is still something to be happy about... Just keep going.

Are you trying to lift weights too? The more muscle you gain the quicker your body will need those calories (and not store them as fat!) And look at the nutrition not just eating "less" to see if you may actually need MORE of something in order for your body to let you past the plateau.
