Feel free to add me! I have been on a ketogenic diet for almost 2 weeks now. It can definitely be a frustrating diet when you seek variety in meals. It's also unbelievably high in cholesterol (at least my version is haha).

I'll start by saying that I don't think the ketogenic diet is a good permanent addition to weight loss (however is a great solution for certain medical issues). Veggies are allowed, and fruit is limited to one serving per day. I should clarify by no carb, I actually mean under 20 grams worth. Also, dietary fiber doesn't count towards those 20 grams

It's the fastest way to lose extra pounds that I know of. I lift, and am trying to get more definition. Which works since the diet doesn't restrict any of my fatty proteins
