  • Hi Awesomedjmcvey, Thank you for your reply. I lost 40 lbs on WW only to regain again. This time I am older, 54 years and it has been an uphill battle. I live in Denver and I am a medical Librarian Volunteer. I Welcome your suggestions and any ideas or tips that may help. Thank you, Kate
