    Hi Paula and Shauna,
    I am 54 years old and welcome your friendship and support. I am a librarian who would like to lose weight in 1-2 years. I am a caregiver, volunteer and in a new relationship. I lost 40 lbs before but gained it back due to mega stress in my life. How do I make this goal my own? I have supportive friends and family but I am overwhelmed with anxiety. I would appreciate anyone who would share how they deal with this extra help?
