Today will be: lunch: blueberries, banana, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, radish, mini bell peppers; dinner: 2 servings frozen mixed veggies (carrots, potatoes, corn, green beans, onions, peas, Lima beans, okra & celery)

This is my absolute favorite thread on mfp! I love seeing new messages, and they inspire my own lunches. I'm finally getting around to posting another bento: Raw veggies (radishes, cauliflower & tomatoes) with ranch dressing. Mayo sweet pickles & hard boiled eggs for egg salad.

Well, you have won over another lurker. This is only my 4th or 5th post ever. Here is my first real attempt at a bento: Breakfast is Greek yogurt with blueberries and cantaloupe. Lunch is rainbow quinoa, tomatoes, egg & soy sauce. along with almonds, pickles, crackers & laughing cow cheese. I was going to save the crackers…
