  • Yarp; my amazing girlfriend has been nice enough to make me lunch most days; if not for her, doubt I'd be motivated enough in the mornings. I LLOOVVEE cooking, but am NOT a morning person......... and when getting home until almost 11pm I just want to crash.
  • Yeah; that's an issue I'm SLOWLY getting over.......... it's a lot easier when you're not paying Manhattan prices (*get my groceries online, but lunch @ office is normally $$$ if eating out)
  • Understand; my "sit all day at a desk" job started catching up to me around the same time.... now 3 years later I'm trying to push back down.
  • CO! :) I lived in Glenwood Springs for just under 10 years; in NYC now.
  • Moderation on diet (*no; not "dieting") and trying to be more active... so far has been working for me on my trend downwards. IF YOU CAN: Also try making sure anything you eat is high in energy instead of just empty calories (*one of my biggest factors to my higher weight was just eating junk).
