  • @CoachJen71 - thanks for your reply - I went up to the MFP estimate to maintain at 1535/day - so then I went back to 1200 and decided to inch it up by 100 cal/day and see how that goes, will try to fine tune my real maintainance level.

  • Yes! I've not adjusted my calorie intake, still aiming at 1200. It seems that the weight comes off a little faster, with more ease. ** I've been doing it for about 4 months.
