I had 2.5 diet Mountain Dews today ….. I’m embarrassed to guess how many I was drinking per day a few weeks ago but 2.5 is a significant improvement! I’d like to be at zero Monday.

@ashleycarole86 the baseball tournament was fun and West Palm Beach was beautiful. Unfortunately there were too many errors on the field to be competitive but it's always nice to get away! Thanks for asking!

My wife had someone come to the house today to give me a 90 minute massage for Father’s Day. I feel like I need to start using massages as rewards for meeting weight loss goals, it was amazing!

I’m at another baseball tournament, this time in West Palm Beach. Hoping to maintain my weight like I was able to do the last tournament. I’m still fighting to get the 10 pounds off I gained the first tournament of the summer!

I stretch many times per day and I’ve also replaced the shoes I wear daily - I even bought two pair so I can rotate them. At its worst it felt like I broke my foot at times but I haven’t had that intense pain in a few weeks. Hopefully future weight loss will help keep it from coming back!

@jugar unfortunately I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis so I have not been going to Pilates or walking much. We leave for Alaska in three weeks so I’m trying to get better before we go. Exercise has been an important part of my weight loss journey so my weight has been pretty stagnant the last month.

Thank you, it was definitely a disappointing but eye opening week! I was at another baseball tournament this past weekend and came home a couple pounds lighter so maybe I learned from my previous mistakes!

I had the perfect day I needed which meant skipping bread, pasta, and dessert at a school banquet for my son tonight. Once I stack a few perfect days together I usually find it easier to stay on track.

I went away for my son's baseball tournament and came home 10 pounds heavier after only four days. I ate and drank all of the things that got me to my high of 287 pounds. Like @PlaneMonkey I need to start with one perfect day and that day is today! I'll also start researching ways to transition from keto to something less…

In January I changed my Coca Cola habit to a Diet Mountain Dew habit ..... zero calories but still not good for me! My goal in June is to eliminate the Diet Dew from my diet and replace it with water rather than some other flavored drink. I welcome any suggestions that may make this easier!! Thanks!

What a beautiful day! Pilates this morning then took the boat out and anchored at an island for the afternoon. Walked 50 minutes along the beach and had a very enjoyable time! The kids were busy with friends so it was just the two of us which was also very nice! I hope everyone had an awesome weekend!
