Every morning after using the bathroom and doing some bodybuilding poses in the mirror for comedic effect. It's when you're going to weigh your lightest during the day (assuming you slept a normal 6-8 hours, and didn't just wake up an hour after a long night of drinking)

I've always been told to do cardio after because you need the extra energy for your sets, and in practice I've found that to be true. Whenever I lifted after cardio I'd sometimes be unable to find the strength to do the last sets of my exercises
