Cardio before or after weights?

Depends - if you are doing multiple repetitions of light weights it probably doesn't matter. If you are lifting heavy, cardio after, if at all in that one session0

After. Being fresh for weights is important. Then, use whatever is left in the tank to go HAM on some cardio.0

generally weights then cardio, but experiment and see if this is what works best for you. I used to do cardio first and I was actually just fine. I just do it after now to help with recovery.0

Thankyou! Everyone has a different opinion on this even trainers but I find cardio after weights has more benefits!0

I've always been told to do cardio after because you need the extra energy for your sets, and in practice I've found that to be true. Whenever I lifted after cardio I'd sometimes be unable to find the strength to do the last sets of my exercises0
