Day 5: walking 45 mins. Everyone is doing so well! It's so very inspiring!

For Sept 25: 1 hour walking... Keeping the commitment.

Day2: 6 flights stairs up, 7 down, over 1hr walking.. Good start.

For day 2: 6 flights up then down, & 25 mins walk. Feels good! FYI: I work nights, so a lot of my posts are late/early around 7pm-7:30am. It's great to see everyone doing so much! Motivating!

Day1: up 5 flights of stairs, down 6. A lot for me at once, new to moving so much. Yes, sedentary...that's why I'm doing the challenge. 3 mos should have me movin'. 25 mins walking extra. All in all a solid start.

Great challenge! I'm in, please. I'm very new to these boards. I would love to work this challenge! Starts today, I'll just be 1day behind, but that's not stopping my motivation! 100 days of exercise is just perfect for where I am on the healthy path. :)
