I feel like having a little chest snack every now and then is ok! You can't constantly keep making yourself ignore a snack food because you'll go crazy!! Don't feel ashamed at all!!

I have 5k runner for iPhone. I think it was like $1.99 but there are probably free ones out there! I like it aloooooot. It has a plan already set out for you and it's a good good workout.
