  • Hang in there! It takes consistency to be consistent lol That's the hardest part for me! I have to always remind myself I want this to be a lifestyle not just a diet. Keep at it and you'll notice you will start losing again. I found it helpful to implement calorie cycling as well, and to increase my water & salt intake.
