I'm trying to add yoga and meditation to my daily life and thought this would be a good way to ease into it. I ran yesterday (starting 8th week of 10Krunner app) and walked at least 20 min. Today, I did 20 min of yoga with my daughters (ages 10 and 3)...so 2 days down

Hi, I'm Erika! I'm a runner currently working on rebuilding some endurance after some post-marathon burnout. I'm also trying to lose weight and find that I eat poorly when I'm stressed. I'd like to handle stress better and improve flexibility. I'll be starting the challenge tomorrow.
