I’m sorry I’ve been so inconsistent in posting but I wanted to share. I’ve decided to adjust my goal from 160 to 175. I want to lose about another 10 then move to maintenance. I think I have a grasp on how much I’m comfortable eating. Also, I’ve bought a ton of clothes that I don’t want to have to replace 😊.

It’s Friday, July 31st and I did not meet my goal. I’m okay with that. I lost 5.6 lbs for the month of July. That with an incisional hernia, surgery, and still in recovery. @BrownSugar174 You look FANTASTIC!!! @speyerj I’ve has to really monitor my blood pressure as well. I’m still on BP meds, but my pressure will drop and I’ll have dizzy spells. My doctor has scaled back my meds twice. I’m hoping he’ll do it again at my next check up. Slowly but surely getting back to myself.

@Tazaria87 I don’t burn a lot because I don’t do high intensity training. I try to stay within my calorie range as much as possible. I don’t want to risk going over my DCI in case the calorie count is inaccurate. If you are training like @speyerj, then I can see you eating them back.
