Obscure, I haven't missed a day in 22 days, even if its to do the lotus focus. I have hip hop abs I'm going to start on Sunday. Why does everyone start on Mondays? Good luck today! I just finished 62 min 30 balance, 30 aerobics.

@needstobefit15 I finally got to one and a half hours, but that's from leaving it turned on and in my face. I do as much as I can then walk away. Wii only counts the time I'm actually playing. At first I was only 15 minutes.

I haven't been logging my intake. Does it help to keep track of it? Each morning I set out 4 tea bags for the day. I don't use any sugar or cream, just different flavors. I use each bag twice so half of my cups are actually weaker and I use the biggest coffee cup I have. I have found that I don't care for the taste of…

Stay with it! Try to remember that we didn't gain it in a day or a week. We gained it by making uninformed and bad food choices. Put yourself on your priority list, right at the top! Learn to treat your body as the miraculous system it is. We are all here with you! We can do this!

I'm here. I started on the first of the year taking my health seriously (weighed 191lbs). I don't see losing weight as a destination, more an education on healthier living. So when I finally do reach that goal (130 lbs) of comfortable healthy weight I will have learned and made new friends. We can do this.
