Good Morning! It's Wednesday and like all Wednesdays I need a little encouragement. What's your hardest day?
Today my goal is to do 60 minutes on my Wii, 30 on balance and strength and 30 on cardio. To accomplish this I will be doing the island cycling, the hula hoop, the obstacle course and if I have any energy left, basic step.

My goal is to do the Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs video. I should also spend some time on that poor neglected Wii.0

Obscure, I haven't missed a day in 22 days, even if its to do the lotus focus. I have hip hop abs I'm going to start on Sunday. Why does everyone start on Mondays? Good luck today! I just finished 62 min 30 balance, 30 aerobics.

Good for you! I didn't accomplish either goal for yesterday (I ended up going running instead).

Tuesday is the hardest day for sure... Hump day is a close second though for sure0
