Hump day challenge

Good Morning! It's Wednesday and like all Wednesdays I need a little encouragement. What's your hardest day?
Today my goal is to do 60 minutes on my Wii, 30 on balance and strength and 30 on cardio. To accomplish this I will be doing the island cycling, the hula hoop, the obstacle course and if I have any energy left, basic step.
What is your goal today and how will you accomplish it? Good Luck!

    My goal is to do the Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs video. I should also spend some time on that poor neglected Wii.

    Obscure, I haven't missed a day in 22 days, even if its to do the lotus focus. I have hip hop abs I'm going to start on Sunday. Why does everyone start on Mondays? Good luck today! I just finished 62 min 30 balance, 30 aerobics.

    I'm gonna do my lifting assignment from my trainer, and then cardio until I Damn near drop!

    I accomplished my goal for the day.

    Good for you! I didn't accomplish either goal for yesterday (I ended up going running instead).

    I did about 40 minutes on the Wii today. Jillian, I'm coming for you next!

    Tuesday is the hardest day for sure... Hump day is a close second though for sure :D

    My goal tomorrow is 30/30 and 10 min of hip hop abs.
