thanks guys... will focus on muscle toning. will home exercises like sit ups, squats, push ups (the usual) work for that?

Thanks guys! Appreciate all the feedback.. Love the idea of squatting while brushing my teeth! :D have also found these 30 day plans which have you doing about 150 squats a day - so they must be good!

Thanks for all the replies! i seem to lose it in my chest - i can lose about 2kg and you will be able to see the ribs in my chest however my bottom half of my body say the total opposite! the worst :'(
