When starting to lose weight, which areas of the body do you see the difference in first?
So theres been a lot of hype over Kayla Itsines and her Bikini Body Guide that she developed - has anyone tried it and what were your results like?
I am wating to shrink and tone my bum and thighs - do you suggest i start running or shall i do exercises such as lunges and squats?
