Hello,
I am currently a size 34 pants.
Ideally I would love to be a size 30.
Does anybody know how much weight I would need to lose in orser to achieve this?

I think in general it's about 10 pounds per pant size. I went from a US 12 to a US 4 after losing 35 pounds, but it can vary with each person, especially if they are tall or short.0

What she said ^^^
Natural body shape, height, etc, will play a huge role, as well as starting weight - using myself as an example, my SW was 254 and I'm 5'8" tall. I started out in a US size 22. In the beginning, I found that I needed smaller pants with every 25 pounds lost. So from size 22 to size 20, it took 25 pounds. But as my pants size decreased, so did the number of pounds of loss per size - it only took about 8 pounds loss to go from a US size 12 to a 10, and so on down the line (now in a 6 and if I gain more than 5 pounds they get uncomfortable!)0 -
It depends on height, where you carry your weight and where your body decides to let go of it. Short answer -- There is no definitive answer.0
