I got down to a size 14 2 years ago but then got pregnant and just completely let myself go, I'm a 16 now and really want to get to a 14 again before october. Weighed myself this morning and I'm 12st4lbs. When I got to a size 14 last time I was 12st, strange how only 4lb can make such a huge difference.

So I will lose the same weight from eating less and no exercise as I will from exercising cause I need to eat back my calories?

I am watching what I eat and counting my calories, trying to stick to around 1200 per day, I don't want to be doing no exercise though. I've just done 10 minutes skipping now. I want to be doing exercises that are productive. Each morning I've been doing 40 sit ups to help my flabby tummy but I've just read on here someone…
