I need to drop a dress size by the 17th October. With 3 kids and working most of the time I don't have much time to exercise. Can anyone recommend quick fat busting exercises I can be doing when I find myself having a spare few minutes here and there throughout the day?
ny problem area is my hips, I'm running on my treadmill, but is there any exercises that I can easily do at home to target the weight on my hips? I'm doing planking to help my baby belly but want to do something for my hips also
