Exercises for hips

ny problem area is my hips, I'm running on my treadmill, but is there any exercises that I can easily do at home to target the weight on my hips? I'm doing planking to help my baby belly but want to do something for my hips also

    Whilst you can specifically target areas of the body to strengthen / build muscle, there is sadly no way to lose weight first from a particular area.

    You can't target specific areas. I lost a lot of weight in general after my 2nd baby, and a lot came off my hips. I was doing a variety of things...spinning, step aerobics, personal training sessions (cardio and strength training), Zumba, core stability, aerobics and lots and lots of walking with my kids, as well as eating healthily.

    I'm doing pretty much the same now to lose after my third baby, although I do more strength training now and have added in a kettlebells class. My hips are smaller than they were after my 2nd baby, but it's now my belly that's the problem lol.
