Help with exercising at home

I need to drop a dress size by the 17th October.
With 3 kids and working most of the time I don't have much time to exercise.
Can anyone recommend quick fat busting exercises I can be doing when I find myself having a spare few minutes here and there throughout the day?

Weightloss comes from eating at a defecit, not exercise.
The best way to reach your goal is to be strict with your calories.
That beingnsaid, youtube has plenty of exercise routines. Fitnessblender for example.
Don't forget to eat back exercise calories.0 -
I am watching what I eat and counting my calories, trying to stick to around 1200 per day, I don't want to be doing no exercise though. I've just done 10 minutes skipping now.
I want to be doing exercises that are productive. Each morning I've been doing 40 sit ups to help my flabby tummy but I've just read on here someone say they don't actually work, now I'm all confused0 -

They are absolutely correct. You can't spot reduce fat. Only overall body fat loss works, and genetis determine when and where it comes of.
You can read more on that here: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1161603/so-you-want-a-nice-stomach/p1
Exercise is to improve cardiovascular health and preserve/increase muscles. Both great goals, but nothing to do with weightloss.
The way you that MFP works is that you can lose weight without exercise. It is really hard to burn enough calories while working out to get a real weightloss which is why the focus is on diet. So those 1200 calories are the absolute net minimum you should eat for health reasons.
If you work out for 300 calories, amd eat 1200 calories you get net 1200-300 is net 900 calories. Way too low. Which is why you need to eat back exercise calories. Your calorie defecit while eating net 1200 calories is already big enough to lose weight.
There are however many benefits of improving cardiovascular health, so I think it is great you want to work out. Basically any form of exercise is good. Walking, running, cycling, doing youtube routines, jumping rope, playing with your kids on the playground. Any form that gets you active is great.
Hope this helped a bit. I would also advice to read the must read post that can be found at the top of the general weightloss part of this forum.
