Yes, you certainly can lose weight without the exercise component. It all comes down to basic math, CICO or calories in, calories out. Does exercise help you burn more calories in a day, sure....but it isn't the only way. Make sure your settings are reflecting your activity level.

I have a hard time eating all those back as well. So, instead, I find a happy medium and eat back about half of those calories to give not only my anxiety about over eating to rest, but also to help curb any extra hunger I might feel. It might not work for you, but it has for me! Good Luck!

Snacking can often happen when your meal time foods aren't lasting long enough or fueling your body properly. Take a good look at what you are eating for meal times too...might need to make a change there.

I agree with classes. Depending on where you go you can get anything from yoga, zumba, spin classes....try them out, see what agrees with you. Don't push yourself too hard too fast! Sorry, I usually do moderate biking for 30-45 mins and treadmill for 30-40 mins moderate pace, sometimes I use incline too.
