The trick is to not starve all day. Have snacks at work. Apples. Low call fill you up. Don't go all day w out eating then come home starving. Try that. G luck

Great idea! Mine is open pls invite me as a friend. I'm unable to invite but can accept. This way we can compare. I see a lot of people skip meals and have shakes. I'm someone who needs real food. Problem is I have been feeling hungry a lot. Would love to see how others are coping.

Well I put active so it said 1550 a week I just lowered it to 1400. I'm not active every day. But I am hungry!! A lot

Ok I am getting it now. This was my first week. I weighed mid week and hurray thought I lost 2.2. But at weeks end. It seems the scale says only 1.2. So I celebrated too soon. I agree with the people, who say only record once a week to avoid fluctuations .:)

Congrats to all the people who lost this week! For me it's the end of my first week....I'm down 2.2. But can't get too happy as the weekend approaches. My fiancé comes down and we like to go to a pub. I'm afraid I'll gain my loss back this weekend. So I have to be careful and mindful . Hopefull I won't ruin my hard work…

Wow....thanks for all the replies. I think it's important not to lose motivation. For me when I was on WW. If I dieted hard and the scale didn't go down I would feel. It's not fair! I didn't cheat. Thanks for all the replies. Once a week is probably best but I have been doing it every three days. It's hard to wait a whole week. The idea behind once a week is sometimes if you gain you can get discouraged....but everyone has to find their own formula. As long as we keep encouraging each another ! Don't give up!!
