  • I am 63 and have a lot more to loose than 10 pounds. You shouldn't have to change much to loose 10 pounds. You would be so surprised to see how easy it is to cut a few calories here and there. You can do it!

  • DE is found naturally in foods that we eat and the food grade is edible. My husband and I have taken it before. I couldn't tell a difference between taking it and not taking it but I probably didn't give it enough time. It wasn't the most pleasant thing to consume.
