When you're first getting started you're hyper aware of your food and/or lack of. Maybe starting a new hobby or activity would help take your mind off the food you aren't eating.

Some of my "rewards" After 25lbs I got my tattoo designed. After I get into "Onderland" I will get the tattoo done. (I just got there and have an appointment in August!) After I lose 50 I will join Crossfit When I lose 75 I'm doing a hair makeover When I'm at 100 I'm going to? Totally freak out and be amazed and excited!

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I have recording more measurements today so I am hopeful that I will notice more change after the next thirty pounds. Hopefully some of those inches will come from the junk in the trunk this time! :|

I started at 236lbs. I thought about water weight too. I would think (and I'm often wrong) that carrying excess water would make you seem swollen and blotted. If then you lost 15 pounds of that wouldn't you see a decrease in inches?

I took a look at your diary just for the last couple days and I can sympathize. I would eat chocolate bars and ice cream all the time if I could do that and stay within my calories. I was surprised how LOW bagels were in calories. They were always touted as the worst possible thing ever in my circles and even though they're not like a piece of whole 900 grain whatever bread they're still doable to fit in once in a while.

You could try thinking about what your body needs and how you can both satisfy your cravings and help your body get over the cold. If your wanting cheese and crackers then your wanting some protein and fat. Maybe a bowl of chili (if it's spicy then that might help clear out sinuses!) or instead of crackers make a nice…

It sounds like you recently greatly increased your exercise level. Sometimes your muscles retain water when they're repairing the breakdown from working out. I wouldn't worry about the small loss if you're doing all the right things. Be careful of burning out though. You're eating the lowest amount of calories that you…
