this is such an inspiration to me as i started at a similar weight...although mine is coming off so slowly with a total of 16lbs off so far

i also have thyroid problems and would suggest if you get to a point where you simply cannot lose then i would defo go see a dr.....its vital that you get treatment for thyroid problems if thats what it is as the thyroid effects so many aspects...before i got treatment i put on weight even by looking at food, i felt so…
