is my food holding me back?
currently i am counting calories and losing around 2lbs a week or thereabouts..but i cannot really see much difference in the stomach area...i am usually reaching my calorie allowance or sometimes slightly below and of course i exercise every day....but i dont really see much of a difference round the stomach area...is it…

where do i start with weights
im currently focussing alot on cardio but only dabbling in weight machines...do i use a higher weight with fewer reps or lower weight with higher reps

quantity vs quality
is it really how many calories you eat that is important rather than how those calories are made up....obviously i avoid things like takeaway foods but it isnt always easy to rely on low fat foods

a bit annoyed
i thought i had done well foodwise and exercise-wise this week but i have lost a total of didlly squat....i had good losses the last 2 weeks....is there anything i can do to get back on the weight loss train....i have a dress to get into for august and i would like to get a nice outfit for my birthday in april

the skin issue
in total i have aaprox 140lbs to lose and im so determined to do it but already very concerned about the prospect of loose skin...now i know it takes time for the skin to re-adjust but is there anything i can be doing to help it along the way?
