Hi! I’m also a chronic illness fighter that’s trying to get fit. I’ve had 4 endometriosis surgeries and have a bleeding disorder. As well, fibro and POTS. Getting fit can be difficult but I’m looking for support to get there. Especially from people who understand!

Feel free to add me - always after some extra motivation

5’1, 150l/bs hoping to get down to 115. I’m hoping to loose 1-2 l/bs a week. Wanting to keep it off. Started in 2013 when I tipped 200 (I was living in Japan and was eating too many sweets). Got down to 120 but ended up having a bunch of surgeries over the past 5 years. So now I have the last 35 to work, and keep, off.…

I have POTS and a few other chronic illnesses/disabilities and could never predict when I’d be able to participate in PE etc either. I’m still a massive bookworm too. It’s a constant struggle with knowing you need to move while also needing to make sure you don’t hurt yourself.

Hey, I’m also getting back into this after 6 months of being unable to exercise because of a chronic condition. I’ll add you

I’m 10.7 stone (68kg/150 lbs) with a goal weight of 8.5 stone (54kg/120kbs). I’m in the UK and would love more motivational support

Getting back to this after not being able to exercise for 6 months (on doctors orders). Based around Oxford with a 30 pound weight loss goal. Would love motivational friends

I fell off the bandwagon after surgery and being told no exercise for 6 months. I’d like to get back down to 120 again (now 150) and would love some accountability pals.

There’s a Doctor Who museum in Cardiff (haven’t gone but want to). I’m about 2-3 hours away from Cardiff, but my partner works in Bristol so I’m close often. Though we decided to see the band in Cardiff because it was cheaper for hotel and tickets. If you’re ever in the UK I think Cardiff is a really cool area. The Doctor…

What protein shakes do you recommend?

I went to see 30 seconds to mars in Cardiff. It was phenomenal. Their lead singer is Jared Leto, and he was pretty as always. The energy in the concert was high the entire night.

I’m really bad at having breakfast, so I’ve decided to try a having an Atkins shake over the next two weeks to see if that helps. Has anyone else tried it? https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01CE593SI/ref=pe_1909131_77697121_tnp_email_TE_AMZLdp_1

I’m sorry to hear about what happened to your car. Whenever I’ve had anything stolen I always feel violated. I hope the insurance are being nice and straightforward.
-
Yes, please comment! It keeps us all inspired

Are you putting in the right portion sizes? I realized I was saying I was logging way too big of serving sizes and it was throwing everything off
-
I’m going to admit that I fell off the exercising this week, but commit to posting about a new workout soon!
-
Fiji sounds intense! Do you get deployed like that often? I’ve ended up going to a concert recently so the fitness fell off (plus a bit too much cider...) Getting back to it this week though!
-
Yep! If you have measurements. I don’t have a tape measure around me. I think measurements help a lot. Upper arm, neck, waist, bum, thigh. Is there anything I’m missing?
-
Yes!!! I’m in the same boat. My pads don’t work so well anymore. My PS2 is also starting to slow down. What songs are your favorite?

I have so many cute summer clothes that I could fit into 4 years ago. I’d like them to be more than decorations, and I’d also like to not have to buy new clothes

Walked 6km today

I really like this. That’s what I usually aim for, though I focus a bit more on refined sugar. I just got blood work back and my iron (for the first time ever) spiked after an infusion. I’m going to need to go easy on some of the protein over the next month as a result. My ferritin is usually <15. They took my blood work 8…
