Hey, I'm not a heavy drinker but since moving to the UK I've noticed you really have to drink in order to socialize. My go to are usually ciders or white wines. Is there anything I could be drinking (I usually have 1 glass) that won't kill my calories for the day? Thanks!

Hi, new to being active
Hi everyone, I'm trying to lose weight before a surgery. My doctors adviced that the best weight for me to be at is 110lbs or about 50kg. I'll be happy with being stable at 115lbs (52kg).
