I go through phases where I weigh in once a week (first thing AM!) but like someone else said it starts to dictate my mood for the day. And I start analyzing what went wrong if I gain. I'm thinking I might start once a week but also take measurements.

I was 55 last month; I'm 4'11"-ish and I'd like to work my way down to 120. My high point is usually 132 (haven't seen that in a couple of years luckily); last year I was down to 123 but it's been creeping back on and I'm currently at 127 but it feels like my hips and thighs keep spreading! But I haven't been sticking to…

Interesting discussion! I'm turning 55 this year and I have to say, since 2011, I have had a really hard time taking weight off. My breaks are usually just running to…

I have to put the seat adjustment even farther up that the holes allow and just tighten it down and then I have a small pillow that I put behind…

Hey! 4'11" here too! I've been as high as 135 and as low as 90. Right now I'm hovering around 125 but my goal right now is 120 (starting small). Last year I was at 132 on New Years Day and started working out with The Betty Rocker - she advocates clean eating and body resistant workouts and I really liked how she did it. I…

I've been using mine for about a month. I really love it - makes me incredibly guilty when I don't keep up with it! - I would love to team up with you to help me stay motivated!
