I'm new to all of this. But one thing I do know, inorder to get rid of an unhealthy urge.... you have to go cold turkey. Eventually your body won't crave it anymore. Good luck.

@kayliframing and @ahokay89- Im with both of you. I'm at my heaviest and I hate getting dressed. Nothing fits me right anymore. Ugh! Tired of being frustrated. I need my sexy back. Add me, perhaps we can all support one another. Cheers.

@sugary985, I hear you. I feel the same. I've attempted the Atkins and Weight Watchers diet so many times... it's shameful. But I am at my heaviest and lord knows my body is not getting any younger... so i have to do something. I'm using this app to help with calories and doing the Couchto5K workout plan with some…
