No FitBit syncing and no MapMyRide syncing at all for at least two days. I see the crackerjack support team is all over it…NOT!! 😡🤬 MFP settings even says it has not synced in two days. Recipe feature still broke with no updates. If team is not going to maintain the platform, why not just shut it down?!?

Relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day at work & then circuit training class followed by 40 minutes on the treadmill. Lots of activity at work too-coordinated a service anniversary party so was schlepping up & down the stairs all day.

Just make sure to accurately record the time of day you are exercising and enter that into MFP. Then Fitbit will not count 'steps' during that time & thus will not double count.

I started again trying to lose weight at age 49 just over a year ago. To date I am down 114 pounds with 65-70 to go. So I feel like I am just like you! I am a daily logger & happy to provide support. Look for my add.

I just made a copycat recipe of Chipotle's sofritos....yummy! I also like it in stirfries & fajitas both with lots of veggies.

I have lost 93 pounds since mid-January and as a result my doctor took me off Enalapril earlier this week. Hoping to get off hydrochlorothyazide next time. Blood pressure and blood sugar both down significantly since last year's check up.

Good thoughts! Maybe I should try a light walk instead if I feel up to it. That way I am not being a total slug but less vigorous than the gym. Thanks!

Hi! I have a lot to lose too but I'm doing well. Started by counting calories in MFP in mid-January then added some walking. I count everything that goes into my mouth good or bad! Now I am up to hitting the gym a few times per week ellipticalling and weights. Swimming laps too. So us bigger gals can exercise, just take it…
