  • Have a goal of 75 miles. Put in 15 this week for a total of 24 out of 75. Still mostly walking, but moving.
  • March Goal: 75 miles Week One: 12.3 miles completed
  • Getting back into running plan on going 75 miles for the month of March. So far have run 4.5 Miles and walked 4.5 for a total of 9 miles. Plan to increase running miles and decrease walking as I get back into shape.
  • Hi, I am Kathy. I have had a seven year hiatus from running and I want to get back into it again. It is harder because I am older and heavier, but I am stopping with the excuses. This month of March I am working towards being able to run a 5K. Currently can go for 1.5 miles.
