I don't weigh my good as I have no method to. I measure with cups or spoons depending on the serving size. For example on the bag of SunChips it will say 15 chips is one serving. I will count out 15 whole chips. It may seem like a stupid idea to you but it works for me. I don't log anymore and just try and guess. Other…

I'm nervous about eating potatoes because they are so very starchy and carby. I'm not real big on them because of that. Even if I eat mashed potatoes I still feel like I'm getting too many carbs even if I use portion control and don't add any extra butter.

I like everyones suggestions but the food I eat is fried, starchy, and sugary. I'm just looking for a change and have heard about the Mediterranean diet and Adkins(not sure about spelling) diet. I just wanna know opinions about those is all.
