Currently, I am reading "Gardens of the Moon" by Steven Erikson, part of a series called the "Malazan Book of the Fallen." Some recent novels I read were: -"Faerie Tale" by Raymond Feist -The "Chronicles of Thomas Covenant, the Unbeliever" trilogy by Stephen R. Donaldson (one of my favorites) -"The Real Story" by Stephen…

I'm going to assume that you are talking about weight fluctuations between any given time or day of the week that could affect the accuracy of your body weight measurements. I find that this can vary on a number of factors such as hydration status, time of day, whether you recently ate a meal, or used the bathroom.…

You really can see the progress in the arms. Cool thread.

It isn't accurate, but I generally try to get that message to be 10 pounds less than my current weight every day that I log. I find that I tend to lose about 2 lbs/week (my goal rate) fairly consistently. It's great as a tool/motivator, but it should be taken with a grain of salt.

^This. I also would recommend maybe adjusting your meals to account for any social activities later that day (i.e. eat smaller and/or less Calorie-dense meals).

I've noticed that my belly is slightly assymetrical. It's weird.

That tattoo on your right breast is badass.

To be honest, I would avoid any drinks with Calories and drink water only. Just allow yourself some of the real stuff every now and then.

I have a few of these (at least what I think we're talking about here). I always figured they were forming because the fat loss isn't necessarily even.

I thought the video was kind of cool, actually.

If you want to avoid fat absorption to help lose weight, why not just eat a high fiber diet?

This isn't chicken, but what I do is eat a lot of veggies. You can eat a lot of them, feel full, and not eat to many calories. You can add some chicken to it, too.

As a guy, I can say this guy is an idiot. You can get better, I'm sure. Anyway, as others have said, 130 lbs at 5'7" is a healthy weight. If he says "you're physically attractive to me but not as physically attractive as I wish you were," he isn't talking about your weight; he is a shallow person with unrealistic…

From my experience -- as a rule of thumb -- if you're going to bed hungry, you aren't eating enough.

I eat about half of them back.

^This. It's awesome how much someone can change when losing weight.

You look pretty frickin' good.
-
You look great. Just curious...How much did you lose (starting at heaviest weight)?
-
House, Dubstep, radio pop songs, and sometimes metal. I've been listening to Protest the Hero the past week during workout.
-
I love this idea.

I drink black coffee with or without Splenda. It is an acquired taste, though.

I sorta prefer the treadmill than going outside to workout. It's kind of monotonous for me anyway, so I can at least just watch a video while working out.

Yep. It's real hard to get back into the groove if you fall out of it. The only way to fix it is to just force yourself back into it. Once you can start getting yourself consistent again, it's much easier to stay in. If exercise makes it hard to stay committed, you're trying to do too much too fast. Start slow and build up.

You can also view the printable report (green button at the bottom) to see it list all macronutrients.

Just curious, but what were you at your heaviest?

I don't think losing 2 pounds a week is too much. Hell, there are people on here who have lost 100 pounds in a year to get to their ideal weight, and it looks like they didn't lose a significant amount of muscle mass at all. Just incorporate strength training into your workouts instead of doing straight cardio. Also for…
