Hi, My name is Joani. I keep track of my food for weight watchers. However, the products that are stored on the site, or the ones we put in do not have a place for 'fiber'

You can select what it shows and yes you can track fibre. You should be looking to exceend 18g a day. I cant remember what i removed, maybe salt tracking.

Don't understand, if you enter a food item there's a slot for fiber

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/calorie-chart-nutrition-facts

it's between Total carbs and Sugars

    Dietary fiber

You can look at your fiber goals by going under the "nutrition" part of the app or site

Having only 5 values that you can track isn't enough. I'd like to keep the 5 listed in the photo above, as well as fiber. My wife would like to add Iron to her diary.

I swapped out sugar for fibre

No point tracking sugar if tracking carbs, and have no medical issues with sugar

You can also view the printable report (green button at the bottom) to see it list all macronutrients.
