I can't eat it...it does the same for me (high blood sugars) plus the amount that I'm allowed to eat doesn't cut it as far as feeling full for long after eating it!

86 today. I am on another Fitbit challenge, so my sugars are waaaay down. @zcb94 I have the same issue. My doctor told me it's normal (says the man who doesn't have to carry glucose tablets lol).

I also wanted to add that I don't eat a lot of processed foods. I also eat my fruit with a protein. Occasionally I do eat foods with sugar, fructose, or other forms of sugar like my yogurts. I don't stress over it...I do however watch my sugars carefully. If what I ate pushed my sugars up high...I would probably avoid it.

It depends on the person. I eat a ton of fruit, I do very well on it!

What is a ACEI or ARB? As far as the rest besides the co Q 10, I am on...the baby aspirin....no...but I am taking fish oil (krill) and it thins out my blood. I will do some research about the co Q10!

I do elliptical every other day and I walk my dogs 5-7 days of the week! I also do yoga in the winter (LOVE YOGA!). Also in the winter I cross country ski to change things up a bit.

@timetoloseweightnow....that has to be horribly frustrating. My strips are paid for in full so I am very thankful...I just got a new metre for free as well from my health nurse...it's pretty crappy...I really miss my old one. I wish I lived closer to some of you guys I could "bootleg some testing strips lol"

Usually with nerves once the damage is done it is done but my guess with your sugars in check you have probably lost weight? Thanks for the replies you guys! I have decided to stay on it although it has blood thinning (which isn't really an issue if you look at the bigger issue). @mclend0n you should check up on it...it's smaller fish species which carries less toxic properties (I think Mercury) than the bigger fish species.
