02/25 5,133 steps 45 minutes on bike I have had a horrible headache all day. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. February is coming to an end and spring will soon be here for all of us. I have to try some of the exercise programs you all have been talking about. They sound interesting.

Sun. , 02/21 10,054 steps Hiked outside in balmy 25 degree weather. It’s now snowing AGAIN! I hiked with a friend & I came home to a clean house . My husband worked hard while I was gone. It was the best gift ever.

Friday 02/19 steps = 5,409 I drove for an hour and a half to help my mom for the day as I didn’t have to work. Then an hour and a half back. No exercise for the day - bummer. 02/17 Steps =5,471 + 62 minutes of cycling Food wasn’t the best today. I took the old dog for a very short walk today. She needs to wear boots due to all the salt. She also needs a coat. Then all the gear I need to put on to survive in the cold! It’s not easy in the winter.

Yes! When you live in a cold climate it is difficult to get moving in the winter. You want to curl up on a couch with a snuggly blanket. And of course you want to eat comfort food since the weather is so lousy. Summer is a much easier time to move and eat less. At least, that's how I feel too.
