Back to tracking my food - all that holiday food was too difficult to track. Good thing - having my vegetarian daughter home from college. She’s cooking yummy healthy food. Starting up . . . again
Here I go again - beginning to use this app again. It seems so difficult to lose weight for me. I think I need to change the food I eat. Any good websites with recipes that you use? I want to be healthy and to do so I believe I need new food options.

Went to a party & ...
I went to a party thrown by some college friends. I ate more calories than I should have, but for once I don't feel like I've thrown everything to the wind. I realize this is going to happen sometimes, and I had fun! Today I'm right back on the path to weight loss. I don't feel like it was a huge loss, just a small bump.
