Motivation Please

I started mfp 5 days ago and haven't lost any weight! I first stepped on the scale today. I need motivation so I don't binge.

    Breathe -- just 5 days. A binge will not bring you closer to your goals. Message me -- let's "talk."

    It doesn't always come off right away. You have to be patient. Give it two weeks before you weigh yourself again. Don't get obsessed with the scale, that's the #1 rule! :) Binging is never the answer. Good luck!
