Just finished my hamburger patties and salad for lunch at work. Think I'll go walk around the building a couple of times. Sitting at a desk for hours at a time does nothing for my waistline!

My favorite dressing of all time (dieting or not) is 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons lime juice a dash of siracha Love this stuff. Low fat, but calories a bit high. About 70 calories per tablespoon.
