Today I’ll do my best to avoid wheat and sugar. Too rainy to walk but I’ll use my hand weights and see if I can do a dozen crunches. That’s as optimistic as it gets today😁

Just for today. . .I will make the best choices possible for my health. I know I'm tired of losing the same and more pounds over the years. Diets don't work. Mindfulness. . .will try to stay in the moment and make better choices for my health.
