Rock N Roll will never die as long as there are those open to discovering it, I'm 22 and my music taste consists of Bauhaus, Nick Cave, The Smiths to The Stones, Danzig, Sabbath etc. A modern star that personifies rock for me is Josh Homme, supremely talented, supremely cool.

2 eggs scrambled with 10ml of skimmed milk, half a tin of baked beans. TEA, the most important bit. Under 300 kcal, i'm full.

Can't do smoothies, the texture makes me want to vomit. Sadly the same with chickpeas >.< Never thought I was a fussy eater! Baked nut bars sound good though, I was hoping for more savoury options as I've not got much of a sweet tooth and i'm bored of shovelling down beans just so I have some goodness.

December 2012 to Dec 2013 (News years 2014) I've maintained this weight for the last year, hoping to drop another stone. 5ft 8in, so roughly the same height. Only dropped a stone but 2 and 1.2 dress sizes.

Always over estimate, eating out is the bane of all dieters existence. Unless it's got the calories written down I try and avoid.

1500 A portion of chips in a small bowl at a local restaurant is 720 kcal, I do not trust dining out what so ever. The easiest 2000 calories you'll ever consume.

If I eat anything more then 1800 a day I notice a change, I guess i'm just one of those unfortunate ones.

Find something that you love doing with the fitness side, if you're new to it keep pushing boundaries because the euphoria you feel when you can actually sustain it for a 30-1hr period of time is unmatched.

One of my main concerns with wanting shift weight back down to the 140 zone is for my cardio, I want to be able to run faster.
