I have it the other way, cardio is easy but I'm a big weak wimp with weights. Could it just be you're better at one thing naturally over the other? I have long strong legs which make running very easy!

I'm trying CX Worx tonight for the first time, interested to see what it's about! That looks a good mix of cardio and core, I have two double days similarly as well, encompassing a run and spin/kettlercise/boxercise but i'm hoping to get more into the Les Mills at my local gym.

In a spin class for example, laughing, chatting, talking over the instructor, complaining etc. It's not asking a lot for everyone to focus for 45mins, plenty of time for socialising outside of a class. If it's distracting the instructor and impeding the progress of the group then I do care. It's not fair when I pay for it.

My only pet peeve are people who pose at the gym, fully made up, looking like they're going on a night out and then don't actually work out or take it seriously. Ugh, It just makes me feel worse about myself. 5ft 7in, 150lbs section (the only one that showed an image despite me being 155), 34 hips, small top... only a few photo's.. need to lose a lot more weight!
