Coriander, over saturation of coriander in everything ATM. If it's used well and balanced I can 'stand' it, but in salads etc. ugh, makes me wan to spit it out! Smoothies too, hate thick textures to drink/eat, so no thick soups, lumpy yogurts, bits in Preserves..

Intensity wise, I make sure i'm the last one standing... so don't think that I slack off due to a generic measurement on an app. I don't have a heart rate monitor so I can't be precise... How can you take breaks in spin anyway? Must not have a very good trainer if that's the case.

As this app over estimates over all I keep seeing people logging 1000 calories for Zumba, so that makes my burn look minute. I doubt Zumba can burn 1000 unless you are pretty big. Always enter my weight, height and age, always a little lower on the weight then I am because I know the machines can over exaggerate. In 34 mins I can cover just over 4 miles, so that's about right. With an incline of between 3 and 10 with interval hill programs. With no intervals my flat running pace is 11.5 kph for 5k.

I don't trust this as a 100% accurate form of measurement, I usually change my minutes for running etc. to match what the machines at the gym told as they are always lower, running for 35 mins at 10kmph up an incline is pretty strenuous as far as workouts go. I'm eating at a deficit, my maintainence calories are 2353…

I've currently got a best male friend where we crossed the line for a while, he's got a GF now and I'm more then happy for them. On the other hand the last couple of boyfriends I've had, after the break up, I make sure never to talk them again. It seems pointless.

I'm never going to be happy, ever. So i've just sucked it up and am dealing with it, many people told me that you can't be happy unless you love yourself, loving myself seems gluttonous and likely to end it regression. So i'd rather hate myself and always want to be better.

MY boss is a big believer in this, though he cheats constantly. We avoid him on his two days as you are prone to feel like cr@p and your mood reflects it also.

I know the feeling, I'm training for a 10k in March and was running 6 times a week, have now been advised down to four on my new plan. It's so hard to use other means of exercise because nothing beats the burn of a good run! At the moment I go between spin/stationary bike and abdominals.

One of my colleagues told me a quick protein fix for after the gym with tuna, tuna mixed with hot baked beans... sounds a bit debatable but perfectly tasty! I like to add some chilli and fresh raw onions.
