@annecantfindausername at present no I do not have a body fat percentage goal, i wanted to hit my weight loss goal first so I'm wondering what is best to do

I'm 5ft 2 and 38 currently 147lbs goal weight 140lbs but looking at all of your posts maybe I should be aiming even lower. Guidelines say alot less but im a competitive swimmer so I don't think my frame will ever get much smaller?

To say F*** you to all those people who said I couldn't do it with diet control and exercise....sure its taken nearly 5 years but I have also learned alot of lessons along the way!!

Hey everyone, Been on mfp for a few years now, I got 6lb away from my goal and still haven't managed to reached my target.....even gained a few pounds. Life changes and its hard to stay on track and focus. Im a competitive swimmer but as the pools are closed im signed up to run solo and its helping keep my fitness levels…
