Maybe try a different brand... There are plenty to choose from. I generally go for a milder preworkout.... I don't like the sensation I get from the stronger ones

Once you start tracking your weight and what your eating every day you should hopefully be able to see how many calories a day you need to eat in order to maintain your current weight and then once you have that figured out you can start increasing your daily calories to put on weight.
